These wax melts come at reduced price, the reason being such as using the wrong wax, forgetting decorations or color, or other small reasons. Otherwise they still work perfectly fine
No decoration: such as dried lavender, flowers, etc.
Wrong wax: using normal soy wax designed for candles instead of pillar soy wax. There's no difference between them, other than normal wax being soft, so it will crumble instead of "snapping".
